Spectrafix Pastel Fixative Concentrate - 2 oz. bottle

Art-grade milk casein with water and pure grain alcohol and a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol. Alcohol evaporates rapidly taking the water with it, leaving a thin film of casein which quickly dries to a protective matte surface. Colorless transparency and rapid drying. Minimally alter's pastel value and does not change hue. The concentrate does not come with a spray bottle, and a high-proof clear alcohol (such as vodka) must be added before use.
