COVID-19 UPDATE
WE ARE GETTING SHIPMENTS OUT WITHIN 24-72 HRS DURING BUSINESS DAYS. CANADA POST IS HAVING DELAYS DURING DELIVERY DURING THIS TIME. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE INFORMATION THAN THE TRACKING PROVIDED TO YOU SO PLEASE BE PATIENT, YOUR PARCELS WILL BE DELIVERED.
On behalf of the staff of Studio Six, our hearts go out to all those who have been affected and impacted by COVID-19. We are constantly keeping a close eye on how the coronavirus pandemic develops across Canada and the globe. As the situation unfolds, we’re committed to prioritizing the well being of our staff and our customers.
As always, you can continue to place orders at studio-six.com. We want you to know that we will continue to deliver your parcels using Canada Post to all homes and P.O Boxes in Canada through studio-six.com.Â
Canada Post has also made some changes in their delivery process. They have eliminated the need for customers to sign for parcels at the door to minimize personal contact. If you have a parcel or mail to pick up at a post office, Canada Post will ask you to practice social distancing if there are other customers waiting in line to pick up items. Please be aware that regular estimated times with Canada Post deliveries are no longer valid. There is a shortage of staff due to COVID-19 at Canada Post and they are working hard to get parcels/mail out to clients. We ask that you remain patient and your parcel will be eventually be delivered.Â
